The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, and operations teams to accelerate delivery and improve performance. The successful candidate will analyze data, build dashboards and forecasting models, and support starts planning and risk assessment to meet program

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, or analytics.
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve manufacturing performance metrics (WIP, cycle time, throughput).
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, forecasting models, and automation to improve planning and decision-making.
• Support starts planning, inventory management, capacity analysis, and risk assessment.
