Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking an experienced AI Technology Trainer to drive technology adoption and deliver engaging training across a global professional services environment. The role is hybrid in DC and focuses on AI training and enablement.

You will design and deliver training, develop content, and support rollout of AI tools with stakeholders, ensuring effective learning and adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in technology training, instructional design, or digital learning.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and generative AI platforms.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Camtasia.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within professional services is beneficial but not essential.
