Taboola is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for its Budapest team. You will own OEM and publisher partner relations from a support perspective, investigating revenue and inventory anomalies, debugging ad-serving and tracking issues, and triaging feed ingestion problems.

You will work with SQL, KQL and BigQuery across production data sources, using Grafana, Kibana and Tableau to monitor anomalies. Expect to collaborate with R&D and Product to drive engineering resolutions and build AI-powered

Qualificações

• Requires strong SQL skills with complex joins, CTEs and window functions.
• Experience in technical support, operations or production engineering on a distributed system.
• Ability to read code and trace logic to identify issues.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to convey technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Investigative mindset with a track record of root-cause analysis and problem solving.
• AI fluency; comfortable using AI tools for coding, analysis and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate revenue, inventory, tracking and content categorization issues end-to-end.
• Write and optimize SQL (MySQL, Vertica), KQL and BigQuery against production data sources.
• Build and refine production alerts and dashboards (Grafana, Kibana, Tableau).
• Collaborate with R&D and Product to triage engineering needs and drive resolutions.
• Extend and own the team’s AI tooling portfolio and create runbooks for recurring patterns.
