Job summary

Game Seven Staffing seeks a Technical Recruiter to source and place hardware, software, and mechanical engineers. You’ll build a national contractor pool, run AI-assisted outreach, and manage candidate conversations from first contact to close.

You’ll own relationships, negotiate packages, and guide candidates through start, while maintaining a clean pipeline and meeting weekly activity targets. Based in East Austin, with a fast-paced AI-driven recruiting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year accredited) required.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for project sourcing and outreach.
• Proven track record as a top producer with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Find great engineers and build a national pool of contractors in firmware, robotics, embedded, AI infra, semiconductor chip designers, and more.
• Run smart outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and SourceWhale to book conversations daily.
• Own the relationship: understand skills/goals, present roles clearly, negotiate pay packages, guide candidates through start.
• Keep the pipeline clean: track steps in AI ATS/CRM, set next steps with dates.
• Hit goals with a measurable weekly activity plan and clear quota.
