Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Technical Product Owner for the HCP vertical to bridge business strategy and technical delivery across AI-powered products. You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, architects, and vendors to translate strategy into scalable, secure features with an emphasis on AI and automation.

In this highly visible role you’ll own the backlog, drive releases, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor teams, and report on delivery metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• 2+ years IT experience including product owner or integration/delivery work.
• Experience turning business needs into technical designs and backlog items.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HCP-vertical products.
• Own and prioritize backlog; create actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate release cycles and collaborate with vendors and delivery teams.
• Provide executive-ready updates on strategy, progress and outcomes.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
