Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead AI-powered capabilities within the HCP vertical of Sales & Marketing Capabilities. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and vendors to translate strategy into working technology, balancing vision with hands-on delivery to ensure scalable and secure solutions.

You will own the backlog, coordinate releases, mentor developers, and report delivery metrics in an Agile/SAFe environment while staying

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of IT experience, including product owner or technical delivery experience.
Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and backlog items.
Understanding of integration technologies and system interoperability.
Experience with vendor or supplier management.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned HCP-vertical products.
Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
Serve as key contact for business on product performance and enhancement requests.
Plan and coordinate quarterly releases and hotfixes with delivery teams.
Collaborate with vendors to translate capabilities into strategic roadmaps.
Deliver executive-ready updates on strategy, progress, and outcomes.
