Job summary

OpenLoop seeks a Technical Content Manager to build and lead our technical content function. You’ll shape how clients understand our technology, guiding documentation for new platforms and serving as the voice of the platform.

You will turn release notes into client-ready docs, newsletters, and knowledge bases, while driving AI-enabled workflows and internal tools to support growth across CS, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing or similar B2B writing experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong command of AI, with ability to build multi-step workflows across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
• Ability to translate complex product concepts into clear docs.

Responsibilities

• Translate product roadmap and release notes into client-facing and internal docs.
• Create client feature release newsletters.
• Lead client- and platform-related communications and partner newsletters with CS.
• Manage the client-facing knowledge base.
• Turn feedback into clear product notes for the team.
