Okta is seeking a Technical Content Manager to own the full lifecycle of technical knowledge assets. You will ensure content accuracy, readability, and AI readiness across KBAs, videos, and self-service content.

In this role, you will leverage Okta’s AI platform to build tools, validate AI-generated responses, and drive data-driven improvements to reduce case volume and improve knowledge delivery.

Formación

• Proven experience drafting and reviewing technical docs (KBAs) and content.

Responsabilidades

• Create, edit and publish high-quality technical content related to Okta product issues.
• Analyze top case drivers to improve self-service and reduce cases.
• Audit content for 100% accuracy and feature alignment.
• Structure content for clarity and LLM visibility; optimize for search.
• Review AI prompts and validate responses to improve AI citations.
