Job summary

You will leverage Okta’s AI platform to optimize self-service, build productivity tools, and validate AI-generated responses to reduce case volume.

You will collaborate with SMEs, Product, and Engineering to stay current on new features and best practices, delivering world-class content and AI-ready materials for self-service channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on drafting, editing, or reviewing technical documentation (KBAs)
• Experience using enterprise AI platforms to build productivity tools
• Ability to audit, verify, and optimize technical content for accuracy

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of knowledge assets ensuring technical accuracy and readability
