Cyberhaven is hiring a Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Operations, G&A, Engineering, Product, and more. Join a lean global team and shape how we recruit using AI tools like Claude and Juicebox.

You will build sourcing pipelines, screen thoughtfully, and guide hiring managers through confident decisions. You’ll work onsite at our Mountain View HQ two days a week (hybrid) and partner with leaders to attract top talent across geographies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience at fast-growing startups.
• Own searches end-to-end from intake to close in a lean team.
• Strong sourcing abilities and ability to build relationships with passive candidates.
• Comfort using AI tools (Claude, etc.) to automate sourcing and screening.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria and timing.
• Run thoughtful screens assessing experience, skills, and motivation.
• Manage interview loops and provide clear recommendations.
• Own pipeline data, reporting, and candidate communication with AI assistance.
