Job summary

Vesta is seeking a recruiter who thrives in a remote-first environment to source candidates for open roles and coordinate the candidate experience. You will use AI tools to find non-obvious profiles and craft personalized outreach that yields conversations with strong candidates.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, calibrate pipelines fast, and maintain high standards for communications and process quality. Growth into technical or GTM recruiting paths is available.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable) and modern sourcing tools.
• Active daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable tools in workflow.
• Strong written communication, especially for candidate-facing outreach and emails.
• High personal bar for quality in the details and in who moves through the funnel.

Responsibilities

• Source across open roles using AI-enabled tools to surface non-obvious profiles.
• Coordinate recruiting process and manage candidate experience end-to-end.
• Write personalized outreach and calibrate messaging with hiring managers.
• Maintain a rigorous, organized pipeline and ensure timely progress from start to offer.
