Job summary

OpenGov Inc. is seeking a Talent Enablement Manager to drive learning programs that strengthen capabilities across the organization. You will design, deliver, and measure leadership development, onboarding, and role-specific training, blending instructional design with consulting instincts.

You’ll partner with HRBPs and business leaders, manage multiple projects, leverage AI-powered methods, and scale learning across a fast-growing SaaS company in the public sector.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Enablement, or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering in-person and e-learning training.
• Proficient in slide-based content design and clear learning materials.
• Experience building e-learning content with authoring tools.
• Able to consult with stakeholders to define learning needs and drive adoption.
• Experience using AI-native tools to accelerate workflows and content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Four days a week in office (Tuesday–Friday).

Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps with SME and leaders; design targeted learning solutions.
• Own end-to-end development and delivery of learning programs.
• Build engaging e-learning modules and blended experiences.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training for ICs and managers.
• Consult with HRBPs on enablement needs; partner to drive performance outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Measure learning effectiveness and improve program design.
• Stay current on trends and AI-powered approaches for enablement.
