Job summary

OpenGov in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own interview coordination, candidate experience, and TA operations. You’ll keep our recruiting workflow sharp, manage Ashby records, and bring our employer brand to life across social channels and the careers site.

You’ll partner with Marketing and HR Operations to run referral programs, university recruiting, and AI-enabled processes, helping scale a fast-growing SaaS company focused on public sector transformation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent acquisition coordination or related HR function.
• Hands-on ATS experience with candidate records, scheduling, and data integrity.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex interview and event logistics across multiple time zones.
• Clear, confident written communication for candidate and process content.
• Comfortable using AI-native tools to accelerate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across hiring stages and keep candidate experience high.
• Maintain Ashby data hygiene and pipeline metrics for audit readiness.
• Create and publish employer brand content and track engagement with channels and career site.
• Champion AI adoption; develop resources and templates for TA tools and processes.
