OpenGov is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own interview coordination, systems, and employer branding for a growing public-sector SaaS company. You’ll manage candidate experience, ensure data hygiene in Ashby and Confluence, and drive TA programs while championing AI adoption.

You will craft compelling employer content, partner with Marketing, and support events and referrals. This Atlanta-based role offers a competitive base and strong benefits in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in talent acquisition coordination or recruiting operations
• Hands-on experience with an ATS
• Ability to coordinate interview logistics across time zones
• Clear written communication and process documentation
• Comfort with AI-native recruiting tools

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across all hiring stages
• Serve as primary candidate contact during interview and offer process
• Maintain TA data hygiene in Ashby and Confluence
• Support TA tools, workflows, and SOPs
• Build dashboards to surface pipeline metrics and SLAs
• Support employee referrals, university recruiting and referral bonuses
• Create employer brand content for LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and the careers site
• Champion AI adoption within the TA team
