MSCI Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Private Assets product team focused on Sustainability & Climate (S&C) solutions.

You will help deliver AI-enabled platform solutions for participants in private markets, collaborating with senior leadership across the product lifecycle. In an AI-first environment, translate client needs into shipped products, conduct due diligence, and shape go-to-market plans while ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

5+ years in an S&C product management role within financial services/private markets.
Experience using AI tools to prototype and validate solutions.
Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead ideation, discovery and execution of new S&C products in private markets with AI grounding.
Build the S&C strategy across data management, analytics, and data products.
Support business-case development via deep market due-diligence and competitive landscape analysis.
Evaluate paths to product creation: buy, build, or partner.
Design pricing models and assist sales campaign planning and execution.
Coordinate GTM planning with Marketing and Coverage, developing client-facing collateral.
Analyze product usage to uncover client insights, opportunities, and risks.
Prepare reports for MSCI’s senior management reviews.
