Job summary

MSCI in New York is seeking a Sustainability & Climate Client Specialist to manage relationships with institutional investors and guide them in leveraging MSCI Sustainability products across asset classes. You will learn MSCI solutions and client business models to deliver insight and best practices that meet client objectives.

• Experience in Sustainable investing and financial services.
• Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.
• Client-facing experience in financial services or sustainability.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to manage projects and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain expert on MSCI Sustainability products and client objectives.
• Manage client inquiries and issue resolution using Salesforce and internal tools.
• Monitor client satisfaction and support product teams.
• Achieve renewal and retention targets for assigned accounts in financial segments.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive engagement and relationships.
• Develop account management plans and conduct regular health checks.
• Identify up-sell opportunities with the sales team.
