Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Program Manager for Support Operations to drive system enhancements across SFDC, Jira, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll partner with leadership to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will backfill day-to-day responsibilities for our tooling stack and help scale processes while maintaining a strong customer focus and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and AI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to navigate a high-ambiguity environment and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with support leadership to translate initiatives into technical requirements (Salesforce, Jira).
• Collaborate with business systems, product, and engineering for seamless implementations.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to completion within scope.
• Prioritize initiatives and make informed decisions for the support department.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and progress.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the team.
• Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality results.
• Communicate status and outcomes effectively with stakeholders.
