Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.

• Experience applying AI to software engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the engineering team responsible for developer productivity and velocity.
• Define long-term strategy for AI-assisted software development.
• Build AI-powered workflows for coding, testing, debugging, and review.
• Drive adoption of agentic development workflows across the org.
• Own local development tooling, build systems, and CI/CD platforms.
• Lead initiatives to improve developer efficiency and onboarding.
