Job summary

AtScale is the semantic layer for modern data and AI. We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support for customers, ensuring timely problem resolution and clear guidance.

In this role you will own cases, perform root-cause analysis across Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery environments, and collaborate with Engineering to document escalations and verify fixes. This position is remote-friendly and aligned to West Coast hours (PT).

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot enterprise systems and diagnose issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
