STA is seeking the first dedicated Solution Engineer to own the technical win on multi-million enterprise deals. You will build POCs, reference architectures, and a playbook that future SEs will run, while collaborating with the AE to differentiate the platform in regulated industries.

The role requires hands-on data and AI infrastructure depth, with experience across Databricks, Snowflake, Kubernetes, and related tools. Heavy travel and remote work near major financial hubs are expected.

Formación

• 6–10+ years in solution engineering, sales engineering, or field architecture.
• Experience selling open-source or composable products.
• Hands-on data and AI infrastructure depth.
• Ability to build POCs and demos.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical win on net-new $1M+ enterprise deals.
• Build POCs and demo environments on customer data.
• Develop the SE playbook: demo library, POC scaffolding, reference architectures.
• Guide the technical narrative through long, regulated sales cycles.
