Job summary
Fractal Analytics Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead end-to-end Supply Chain transformations for global clients in New York, NY.
You will apply AI-led analytics and digital transformation to redesign planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and fulfillment, partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business value. You will mentor cross-functional teams, shape engagement strategies, develop ROI case studies, and contribute to scalable AI-enabled supply chain
Qualifications
- 12–15 years of relevant experience with leadership in supply chain or consulting.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain transformation across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and fulfillment.
- Proven experience leading large-scale consulting engagements for Fortune 500/Global 2000 clients.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior client executives on transforming end‑to‑end supply chain capabilities using AI, analytics, and digital technologies.
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives spanning Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Optimization, Logistics and Order Fulfillment.
- Develop future‑state operating models, AI roadmaps, and implementation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing and Digital Transformation.
