Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks an accomplished Senior Manager in E2E Supply Chain Advisory to lead AI/GenAI-enabled transformations across planning, IBP, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment. You will drive client engagement, shape value-driven opportunities, and oversee multi-workstream programs in a global consulting environment.

The role requires 12+ years in supply chain transformation, strong business development, and expertise in Agentic AI solutions.

Qualifications

12+ years in end-to-end supply chain transformation and advisory leadership across multi-workstream programs.
Demonstrated business development including pipeline creation and revenue delivery for AI-enabled offerings.
Experience delivering Agentic AI solutions with governance, adoption, and value realization frameworks.
Executive communication and storytelling skills; ability to translate AI concepts for board-level decisions.
Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional supply chain transformations including planning, IBP, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment with AI/GenAI integration.
Define and prioritize AI use cases tied to executive priorities with quantified value cases.
Own revenue generation for AI-enabled supply chain offerings, including GTM and deal closure.
Design target operating models with data, analytics, automation, and governance metrics.
Mentor teams and contribute to assets, methodologies, and thought leadership.
