Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Director to own the point of view, offering, and delivery standards for how agentic AI moves supply chains from copilot tools to autonomous decision-making. You will define human-in-the-loop boundaries and governance while guiding enterprise-scale deployments.

You will lead end-to-end governance, alliance relationships (Microsoft/Copilot, SAP, AWS/Azure), and P&L for the agentic supply chain offering within Data Driven Transformation, advising C-suite stakeholders

Qualifications

• 15+ years in supply chain transformation experience, including consulting/advisory with P&L ownership.
• Experience taking AI pilots to scaled autonomous workflows.
• Technical credibility with CTO/CDO buyers on agentic AI concepts.
• Proven business development ownership.
• Experience building AI governance frameworks and regulatory alignment.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the point of view, offering, and delivery standards for agentic AI in supply chains.
• Lead redesign of end-to-end supply chain decision architecture with cross-functional agent coordination.
• Set governance standards for autonomy boundaries and human-in-the-loop design.
• Manage alliances and technology partnerships for joint GTM motions.
• Drive practice P&L: revenue targets, pipeline, and investments.
• Advise C-suite on total cost/value of agentic transformation.
• Build and scale a team spanning supply chain and agentic engineering literacy.
• Publish thought leadership establishing Capgemini's differentiated POV.
