Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Director to own the point of view, offering, and delivery standards for agentic AI in supply chains. You will shape how human judgment stays in the loop and how clients govern this shift at enterprise scale.

You will lead end-to-end supply chain decision architecture, governance, and alliances, driving revenue and market impact while building a capable team and publishing thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in supply chain transformation with 10+ years in consulting/advisory with P&L ownership.
• Experience scaling AI pilot deployments to governed autonomous workflows.
• Fluent with agentic AI concepts and architectures (agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, RAG).
• Proven business development ownership.
• Experience building AI governance frameworks: risk tiering, autonomy boundaries, audit/compliance.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the firm's point of view and GTM offering for agentic supply chain transformation.
• Lead redesign of end-to-end supply chain decision architecture with coordinated agents.
• Set governance standards for agentic deployments: autonomy boundaries and audits.
• Own alliances and technology partnerships for joint GTM motions.
• Drive P&L, pipeline ownership, and investment decisions for the offering.
• Advise C-suite on total cost and value of agentic transformation.
• Build and scale a cross-functional team and career paths.
• Publish thought leadership establishing Capgemini's perspective.
