Job summary

Getinge in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of AI & Supply Chain Transformation to accelerate AI-enabled change across the global Supply Chain. The role partners with planning, operations, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and IT to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value through AI, analytics, and digital technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience within Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in Digital Transformation, AI/ML, and Advanced Analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs.
• Influencing executive stakeholders without formal authority.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain AI Transformation Agenda with a prioritized roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI-enabled use cases.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation across planning, operations, logistics, and procurement.
• Pilot, measure, and scale successful AI solutions across the organization.
• Promote data-driven decision making and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Build AI literacy and enablement across the supply chain.
• Partner with IT and Digital Teams to ensure alignment and governance.
• Benchmark with external partners and introduce best practices.
• Act as a change leader to foster innovation and sponsor AI initiatives.
