Job summary

Strala seeks a seasoned subrogation leader to own the full recovery function, from spotting opportunities through negotiation, arbitration, litigation and collection. The role requires deep property and casualty recovery experience, solid auto claims knowledge, and a track record of improving net recoveries and cycle times.

You will build and coach a team, set file standards, manage outside counsel and vendors, and report results clearly to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Seasoned subrogation leader with property & casualty recovery experience.
• Auto claims knowledge is preferred.
• Leadership experience building and coaching teams; managing outside counsel.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recovery function from spotting opportunities through negotiation, arbitration, litigation and collection.
• Lead and coach the recovery team and set file standards.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors and report results to clients and leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering on AI-enabled automation in recovery workflows.
