The Uncommon Business is a fast-growing, AI-first education company seeking a full-time remote Engagement Lead to own the first paid experience for TUB students after the free master class. You will transform a fragmented comms flow into a guided, AI-supported journey that moves learners from signup to completion, certification, and beyond.

Built and ran an automated email and SMS cadence for a self-paced program that improved engagement.
Owned end-to-end comms for 500+ students with deadlines met.
Partnered with curriculum to create guided deliverables that lifted completion rates.
Diagnosed drop-off patterns and implemented effective interventions.
Converted graduates into premium upsell through targeted messaging.

Responsibilities

Own the AI-supported email and SMS journey for all enrollees from day one through graduation.
Provide student support and clear blockers quickly to prevent disengagement.
Collaborate with curriculum on aligned content and comms.
Monitor engagement data and drive interventions to improve retention.
Lead messaging path from completion to certification and upsell opportunities.
