Qualifications

• Experience closing senior pod deals with high value.
• Ability to coach and train others effectively.
• Strong communication and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the personal book of top deals and close revenue solo.
• Run weekly coaching sessions to improve close rates.
• Develop bench talent and identify readiness for promotion.
• Support daily cadence with Sr. Enrollment Manager.
• Lead frontline support during launch surges to protect volume.
