Job summary

DailyPay is seeking an Operational Insights Specialist to support daily contact center analytics and embed AI tools into reporting workflows. You will process unstructured data, generate sentiment and performance reports, and maintain dashboards using SQL and BI platforms.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in data analytics, experience with AI models, and a strong CX metrics background. This hybrid role can be based in NYC or Minneapolis with collaboration across IT and Data Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in data analytics or operational analysis.
• Experience with AI platforms or LLM workflows.
• Strong knowledge of CX metrics and contact center analytics.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor AI prompt pipelines analyzing daily contact center data.
• Transform unstructured data into structured performance metrics.
• Maintain dashboards and executive summaries using BI tools.
• Collaborate with IT/data engineering for secure AI integration.
• Audit AI outputs and refine prompts to reduce inaccuracies.
• Document analytics workflows and support team adoption of AI tools.
• Prepare routine trend analyses and respond to ad hoc data requests.
