Job summary

NetApp is seeking an early-career strategy & operations professional to partner with senior leaders across the business. You will drive cross-functional AI-enabled initiatives, build dashboards, and translate analyses into actionable Executive-level recommendations to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.

You will collaborate with enterprise functions, support executive communications, and help scale AI transformations across the AI@Work portfolio in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, analytics, finance, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Strong academic credentials from a leading undergraduate or graduate program with a demonstrated record of achievement.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and executive-ready narratives.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, research, content creation, or decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to build lightweight AI agents, copilots, dashboards, and visualizations using structured and unstructured data sources.
• Strong proficiency with AI platforms and tools such as Microsoft Copilot studio, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini Vertex, and related technologies.
• Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies, evaluate emerging capabilities, and apply them to solve business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders and executive teams.
• Create compelling dashboards, visualizations, presentations, and executive updates that communicate progress, risks, business value, and key decisions.
• Support cross-functional programs from strategy through execution by tracking milestones, managing stakeholder alignment, monitoring outcomes, and driving accountability across workstreams.
