Job summary

DuBois Chemicals seeks a high-performing leader to act as an AI-enabled Chief of Staff to the CRO and COO. You will advance the DuBois Operating System, align resources with enterprise goals, and remove barriers to execution across Commercial & Operations.

You will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate multi-functional programs, and deliver measurable performance improvements through disciplined problem solving and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Progressive business experience in general management or strategy.
• Experience in enterprise strategy with ownership of outcomes.
• Cross-functional leadership across large initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI, BI, and analytics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Champion strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
• Coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Drive accountability, issue resolution, and benefits realization.
• Partner with CRO & COO to deploy strategy and accelerate execution.
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning Commercial & Operations.
