DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Director of Strategy & Execution to act as strategic partner and AI-enabled Chief of Staff to the CRO and COO. This role accelerates performance through structured problem solving and AI-driven workflows across commercial and operations teams.

Reporting to the VP Strategy & Execution, you will lead initiatives across Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Logistics, translating strategy into results while removing barriers to execution.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in general management, strategy, or business transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Background in applying structured problem solving and root-cause analysis to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional execution across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO and COO and help deploy strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements through disciplined action.
• Develop AI-enabled operating workflows to accelerate insight and action planning.
• Foster collaboration across Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Service, and Portfolio Management.
