This role is responsible for accelerating performance by combining strategy, operating discipline, structured problem solving, and AI-enabled workflows that strengthen execution across the commercial and operations organizations.Working horizontally across Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Service, and Portfolio Management, the successful candidate will help translate strategy into results through disciplined execution, rapid root-cause identification, and a relentless focus on the critical drivers of performance. They think like a Chief of Staff, operate like a business leader, and leverage AI as a force multiplier.
