Job summary

tms is seeking a motivated Analytics Agentic AI Intern to join our Sourcing team for a hands-on seven-week program in Chicago. You will help develop AI-driven tools, participate in cross-functional sessions, and gain exposure to forecasting, benchmarking, and pricing strategies within a fast-paced global agency setting.

The internship offers real client project experience, collaboration with Production, Client Services, and Technology teams, and opportunities to learn about emerging AI trends

Qualifications

• Rising junior, senior, or recent graduate with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented and organized.
• Interest in AI, data science, or procurement is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and testing agentic AI models.
• Support data preparation, analysis, and organization for forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with Production, Client Services, Creative, and Technology teams.
• Participate in cross-functional innovation sessions and track action items.
