One Federal Solution is seeking a Business Development Intern to support our team in exploring opportunities, driving strategic initiatives, and applying AI-driven data analysis to market trends.

You will collaborate with seasoned professionals to identify growth opportunities, maintain CRM datasets, and prepare proposals and client-facing materials while gaining hands-on experience in business development and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI technologies, data analytics, and business development.
• Basic understanding of AI tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the research and identification of new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
• Use AI-powered tools to analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Collect, clean, and interpret data to generate actionable insights for business development strategies.
• Create reports and presentations based on AI-generated insights and data analytics findings.
• Collaborate with the business development team to create targeted outreach campaigns and strategies.
• Help in maintaining and updating the customer database and CRM tools.
• Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Assist in competitive analysis and market segmentation using AI tools.
