Job summary

Motion Industries’ Enterprise Intelligence team is seeking a Summer Intern to explore data agents, dashboards, automation, and modern analytics tools that help make information easier to find, understand, and use. You do not need to be an expert on day one; we value curiosity, clear communication, and a drive to learn with meaningful projects.

You will work on building data agents or AI-enabled workflows, prototype dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python, and

Qualifications

A college student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, databases, dashboards, or data visualization through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning.
Clear communicator who can explain what they are working on and ask thoughtful questions.

Responsibilities

Help build and test data agents, analytical assistants, or AI-enabled workflows.
Create prototype dashboards, reports, data summaries, or visualizations.
Use Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python, or similar technologies to explore data and share insights.
Document business questions, data definitions, test results, and user feedback.
Collaborate with team members to understand how analytics and AI support better business decisions.
