Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois is seeking a student intern to support marketing technology initiatives by applying AI, automation, and workflow optimization across business processes.

You will build, test, and document automated workflows with Power Automate and AI assistants, test AI chatbots, organize content, and identify UX improvements.

You'll research emerging tools, develop AI agents and knowledge bases, and create training materials and reports to communicate performance and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field with interest in marketing technology, AI, automation, digital marketing, customer experience, or business process improvement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms.
• Exposure to Power Automate, Power BI, AI assistants, chatbots, workflow platforms, or CRM/marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Improve marketing and business processes through AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Build, test, and document automated workflows using Power Automate, AI assistants, and other business platforms.
• Test Web AI Chatbot responses, organize content, and identify user-experience improvements.
• Research emerging AI tools, automation technologies, chatbot capabilities, and marketing trends.
• Develop and maintain AI agents, prompts, knowledge bases, and productivity resources.
• Create presentations, project summaries, reports, and materials communicating agent performance and recommendations.
• Create training materials, process documentation, and best-practice resources.
• Track key deliverables, support operational processes, and contribute to projects improving efficiency, data quality, and product launch readiness
