Job summary

tms in Chicago offers a Summer Internship in Analytics Agentic AI within the Sourcing team. Over seven weeks you will gain hands-on experience building and testing agentic AI models and supporting data-driven tools that shape our future workflow at tms.

You will assist with data preparation, forecasting, and benchmarking while collaborating with Production, Client Services, Creative, and Technology teams. The program includes panels, lunch & learns, and a capstone project pitched at program end.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate.
• GPA: 3.0 or higher.
• Solutions-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organizational and time-management strengths.
• Interest in AI, data science, or emerging tech is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support Sourcing with day-to-day AI model development and testing.
• Assist data preparation, analysis, and organization for forecasting and benchmarking tools.
