In this hybrid NYC role, you’ll empower prospects with deep product knowledge and demonstrate how our platform maps to their workflows, from discovery to close, collaborating with Sales, Product and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Pre Sales Engineering role in a SaaS environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context.
• Great communication and customer-facing skills.
• Understanding of JSON and RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of GraphQL - an advantage.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.
• Business process mapping skills.
• Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers.
• Exceptional teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Help prospects understand the value of monday.com platform.
• Lead the technical aspect in large and complex sales processes.
• Support sales by streamlining the sales process.
• Map prospects' business processes and implement them in the platform.
