monday.com is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to lead AI transformation engagements for enterprise customers. You will design and build AI-native solutions, configure agentic workflows, and collaborate with deployment strategists and engineers to ensure value realization.

You will manage engagements, run discovery with clients, and deliver on-time, on-budget results while exhibiting strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as forward deployed/implementation/solutions consultant or technical PM in enterprise software.
• Experience leading software implementations or managed services with hands-on build and configuration.
• Fluency in Generative and Agentic AI tools and integrating AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation engagements for customers using agents and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive adoption of solutions.
• Design business processes and mapping of work flows within customer organizations.
