monday.com is the AI work platform powering teams worldwide and enabling AI to execute, not just assist. You will lead strategic AI transformations for top customers, embedding with C-level and tech teams to architect, build, and deploy end-to-end solutions.

This hybrid NYC role is 3 days per week in the office, with ownership of business outcomes, measurable ROI, and the opportunity to influence product direction based on real deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building applications from scratch using TypeScript/Node.js/React, with full-stack depth.
• Experience leading hands-on projects end to end in a production environment, preferably client-facing.
• Background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering with a strong grasp of AI/LLM systems: agent architectures, MCP or comparable tool-use protocols, evals, and prompt-to-production workflows.
• Experience navigating C-suite relationships and influencing executive decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Track record of turning one-off delivery work into reusable assets, product requirements, or repeatable playbooks.
• Entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and focused on long-term impact over immediate fixes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic transformation: Embed with C-level stakeholders across accounts to architect end-to-end AI solutions and scalable workflows that solve complex, mission-critical business pains.
• Outcome ownership: Define success criteria with the customer and own getting there with adoption and measurable ROI.
• Build and ship: Design platform configurations, build monday agents and vibe apps, wire MCP integrations into customer systems, and prototype custom scripts.
• Eval-driven product feedback: Instrument deployments, run evals against real workflows, and translate findings into PRDs and roadmap input.
• Cross-functional leadership: Partner with Sales and CS as the technical authority on account strategy and productize learnings.
