Job summary

Gravitee is seeking a Solutions Engineer (North America) to drive technical sales, partner with Enterprise Account Executives, and demonstrate Gravitee’s platform to address complex API, integration, and AI challenges.

You’ll conduct discovery sessions, lead PoCs, and provide expert guidance to enterprise architects, security teams, and developers, helping customers see what’s possible with the next generation of AI-driven digital experiences while expanding Gravitee’s footprint in North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer or pre-sales role for a B2B SaaS vendor.
• Proven ability to engage developers, architects, security teams, and CTOs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with API Management, IAM, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales process with Enterprise Account Executives and demo Gravitee’s platform.
• Conduct discovery sessions, deliver tailored product demos, and lead PoCs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and TAMs to maximize account value.
• Engage with regional SI/consulting partners to explore integrations.
• Shape product roadmap with field insights and contribute to tech talks/blogs.
