Job summary

Gravitee is hiring a Solutions Engineer for North America to drive pre-sales success across enterprise customers. You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives, perform discovery, deliver tailored demos, and lead PoCs to demonstrate Gravitee’s platform value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Pre-Sales role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record engaging technical customer personas (Developers, Enterprise Architects, Security Teams, and CTOs).
• Strong communication and presentation skills—able to explain complex topics to business and technical audiences.
• Core domain experience in middleware, API Management (APIM), IAM, or Integration platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with REST, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of containerization and modern infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Linux).

Responsibilities

• Drive Technical Sales Success: partner with Enterprise Account Executives to lead the technical sales process and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Understand & solve complex challenges: conduct discovery, demos, PoCs, and provide expert guidance.
• Support and expand existing accounts: collaborate with Customer Success and TAMs to maximize platform value and identify expansion opportunities.
• Foster strategic partnerships: engage with regional SI/consulting partners to explore integrations.
• Shape the future of Gravitee: influence product roadmap with direct field insights and contribute to tech talks and blogs.
