Gravitee in Denver is seeking a Business Development Representative to shape how the world perceives the next generation of AI-driven digital experiences. You’ll partner with GTM Engineers to build outreach campaigns and qualify high-intent leads.

You’ll work with a global BDR team, respond to inbound inquiries, and continuously test messaging to drive qualified meetings. The role offers growth, AI-enabled tools, and a strong, inclusive, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BDR experience in a high growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Growth mindset with belief in continual improvement through effort.
• Cold calling mastery and comfort speaking with prospects.
• Interest and hands-on experience with AI/prospecting tools.
• Resilience, grit and self-motivation to persist through rejection.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Build automated, personalized outbound outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn with GTM Engineers.
• Use AI-enabled sales platforms to improve targeting, scale outreach and increase effectiveness.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries, qualify interest, and convert leads into opportunities.
• Talk to a wide range of prospects within the ICP to uncover pain points and buying motivations.
• Continuously test messaging, sequences and calling techniques to maximize qualified meetings.
• Grow social presence and become a trusted resource for prospects.
• Share market and prospect insights with the GTM team to improve motion.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to deepen product knowledge.
