Job summary

Nextiva is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive the technical sales of our solutions. You will serve as the technical lead through the sales process, coordinating Product SMEs, Account Management, Project Management, and Professional Services.

You will lead discovery, design live demonstrations, respond to RFPs, own POC engagements, and collaborate with teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs while staying current on industry trends and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role.
• Preferred knowledge in UCaaS, CCaaS, CRM, SIP/VOIP, AI, APIs, and integration patterns (Workato, Redox).
• Ability to present to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical discovery to uncover customer requirements and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Own POC engagements including scoping and success criteria.
