Job summary

Nextiva, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, is hiring a Solutions Consultant to lead technical discovery and deliver compelling product demonstrations for enterprise customers. You will coordinate cross-functional resources and act as the technical voice throughout the sales cycle.

The role requires 3–6 years in pre-sales or technical consulting, knowledge of UCaaS/CCaaS/CRM/SIP/VOIP/AI, and the ability to present to both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role.
• Understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, CRM, SIP, VOIP, AI, APIs, and Automation Services.
• Ability to present confidently to technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Nextiva’s competitive landscape (e.g., RingCentral, Five9, Genesys, Zoom).
• Use AI to enhance personal workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and share best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology.
• Bonus: knowledge in Data Security & Privacy (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR).
• Bonus: knowledge in Spanish or French.
• Bonus: Lucidchart, Google Dialogflow, Teams, WhatsApp, Google G-Suite.
• Travel: up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical discovery to uncover customer requirements and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Foster relationships with partners to enhance solution offerings.
• Own proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, including scoping and success criteria.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
• Partner with Account Executive on account strategy and deal planning.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering.
• Handle objections on architecture, security, and integrations.
• Stay up to date on new technologies and industry trends.
