Job summary

Nextiva is redefining customer experience with an AI-powered, conversation-centric platform. We seek a Solutions Consultant to lead technical discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Services to win deals.

You will present to technical and business stakeholders, stay current on UCaaS/CCaaS and security trends, and travel up to 20% as needed. Scottsdale HQ supports a hybrid work model across the US.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role.
• Understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, CRM, SIP, VOIP, AI, APIs, and automation patterns.
• Ability to present confidently to technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Nextiva’s competitive landscape (RingCentral, Five9, Genesys, Zoom).
• Willingness to leverage AI to improve workflows and drive team growth.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Bonus knowledge in data security and privacy (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR).
• Bonus knowledge in Spanish or French.
• Bonus knowledge in Lucidchart, Google Dialogflow, Teams, WhatsApp, Google G-Suite.
• Travel: up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical discovery to uncover customer requirements and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Foster relationships with vendors and partners to enhance solutions.
• Own POC engagements, including scoping and success criteria.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
• Partner with Account Executives on strategy and deal planning.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering.
• Handle basic objection handling on architecture, security, and integrations.
• Stay up to date on new technologies, industry trends, security and compliance.
