Job summary

Box is the leader in Intelligent Content Management and is seeking a Solutions Architect who works across Box and customer teams to design and deliver complex solutions. This high visibility role ensures customer satisfaction while promoting Box platform solutions and orchestrating engagements with sales and field teams.

You will translate customer needs into actionable architectures, manage scope, write technical specs, and drive adoption of Box products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Ability to speak to both technical and non-technical parties.
• Expertise in architecture / system design for cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, Infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, rate limits).
• Experience with one or more of Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET, Visualforce.
• A drivers license may be required if you visit clients onsite.

Responsibilities

• Define and build complex Box solutions across customers and internal teams.
• Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to execute GTM strategy and maximize opportunities.
• Accurately forecast capacity and support revenue targets.
