Box is seeking a Solutions Engineer to engage enterprise clients, articulate the value of the Box platform, and lead technical demonstrations. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to craft customer-specific solutions leveraging BoxAI, governance, and integration capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pre-sales or technical consulting for SaaS/AI platforms, strong presentation skills, and experience with ECM systems. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Competenze

• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting in SaaS/enterprise AI.
• Proven ECM systems, architectures and content lifecycle workflow experience.
• AI-curious and fluent with LLMs, embeddings, automation, and prompt engineering.

Mansioni

• Research and identify customer business problems; iterate to improve the experience.
• Own the technical win and drive the technical deal forward.
• Understand product integrations and MCP servers.
• Lead demos showing the value of Box solutions (BoxAI, Sign, Governance, Canvas, Platform).
• Act as technical quarterback across the extended team on solution-centric goals.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and communicate value to customers.
• Support field events as Box SME and presenter.
