Box in Denver is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Customer Success and Consulting teams. You will design complex cloud-based solutions for enterprise customers, integrating Box APIs and guiding technical deployments.
You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, collaborate with Sales and CS to drive adoption, and mentor teams while balancing stakeholders from executives to developers. This role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows and a high-visibility pre-sales scope.
Competenze
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in architecture / system design for cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, middleware, scale limits).
- Experience with Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN), Java, .NET, Visualforce.

- Define and build out complex solutions across Box and with customers.
- Promote Box technical and platform solutions and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to execute GTM strategy.
- Forecast capacity and deliver on revenue targets.
- Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions.
